Day 1 – Arrival
Fly into Palma de Mallorca. Our guide will meet and greet you at the airport. It’s a short 45-minute transfer to our hotel in Ses Salines, located in the southern part of the island. Along the way you’ll be impressed by the diversity of the landscapes.
Our Hotel Ca’n Bonico is housed in a 13th century mansion, one of the most beautiful buildings in all of Ses Salines. Take the time to enjoy the wonderfully maintained property with almond trees and palm groves, enchanting patios, and several terraces. Your first highlight of this trip – a gourmet dinner.
Day 2 – Ses Salines – Porerres 41 miles
We’ll begin the day with a hearty breakfast and say “goodbye” to the southern part of Mallorca. Using quite rural roads, passing Santanyi and Cas Concos, we are heading north to our first small challenge, the road up to the Erimita de San Salvador.
A winding 4-km-long climb finishes on top of the San Salvador. Your reward for all the hard work are impressive views of the surroundings from a 1,500′ elevation.
We’ll sit down for some snacks and a good cup of coffee at the Cafe Sant Salvador before heading further north to our Hotel Finca Rural Son Roig near the small village of Porreres. A grand retreat for daydreaming, relaxing by the pool, and tucking into typical Majorcan cuisine!
Day 3 – Porerres – Capdepera 41 miles
Today will be a great day, we are taking our time at breakfast before heading out for some more exhilarating riding. Heading east we’ll stop at the beautiful coastal town of Porto Cristo and visit the Coves del Drach. Without doubt one of the island’s most outstanding tourist attractions, the coves extend for almost 2,400 meters, including internal heights of 25 meters above the cave floor.
The Porto Cristo promenade, overlooking the harbor, hosts many cafes featuring tasty ice creams and coffee drinks. 10 more miles of secondary roads and we are in Capdepera, an 800-year-old town, with its castle towering from the top.
Our hotel, a Mallorcan estate from the 17th century, offers a heated swimming pool and a large patio surrounded by oak groves and almond plantations. Celebrate the day with another culinary dinner event.
Day 4 – Capdepera – Pollensa 40 miles
Well rested and full of enthusiasm, we’ll start the day with a gentle incline following the northern coastline. Soon we leave the main road and take a scenic ride along the interior section of Mallorca. Old windmills and fields of produce flank the roads leading to Pollensa.
Host for the next two nights will be the Hotel Llenaire, situated on a small hill overlooking the Bay of Pollensa. The hotel is located on 370 acres of rural land, with a huge diversity of flora, like palm trees, huckleberry, rosemary, chamomile, and olive trees.
Day 5 – Pollensa – Inca – Lluc: Pollensa 39 miles
This will be a great day of riding. Are you ready for a challenge? Feel like a pro today: for a warm-up we’ll start with with small rolling hills on a rural road heading southwest to the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, passing Capella de San Miguel in Campagnet. Soon we’ll start riding up the twisted roads from Inca toward the Lluc Monastery. You’ll enjoy the spectacular views while gaining elevation under the shades of pine tree forests leading to the top at 1,800 feet.
A well-deserved lunch will wait for you at the monastery. Congratulations you are half-way to the finish-line. Refreshed and full of enthusiasm, we’ll make our way back to Pollensa, conquering another small incline before the real fun begins, our descent back to sea level, today’s reward, 14 miles of downhill.

Day 6 – Pollensa – Consell: 28 miles
Taking a popular cycling route, we’ll ride south on our last day of riding to the quaint village of Consell, crossing the county of “Es Raiguer” known by nature lovers for its sprawling olive groves and almond trees, undulating landscapes, and vineyards. Lunch will be at one of the small cafes along the way.
If time allows, we’ll stop by the famous vineyards of Jose Ferrer before we head to our hotel Sa Cabana, a 400-year-old estate combining historic grandeur with modern living. Indulge yourself at the spa with a massage or enjoy sampling wines from the hotel’s own wine cellar on the terrace with unobstructed views of the mountains.
The Restaurant “Cud” offers Majorquin delicacies mixed with international favorites for dinner.
Day 7 – Farewell
Enjoy a final breakfast with your cycling friends before saying “goodbye – despedida”, to the beautiful island of Mallorca. We’ll take you to the airport and send you on your way to your next destination.

Hotel Rural Son Roig Night 2
One of the wonderfully quiet spots is the Finca Son Roig near the small village of Porreres. A grand retreat for daydreaming, lazing by the pool, and tucking into typical Mallorcan cuisine!
The Finca is surrounded by wine and apricot orchards, the most common produce of the predominantly agricultural area, surrounding this tranquil house. In the garden you’ll find a large, well-kept pool surrounded by lemon trees with outdoor shower, sun chairs and parasols.
The guest rooms have all been charmingly decorated in a typical Mallorcan style. Each one has been individually designed and most offer a balcony or terrace. Terracotta floors, wooden beams, and charming antique beds give a simple, homely feel.

Predi Son Jaumell Night 3
On the East Coast of Mallorca, a historic hotel with a long tradition: Grace Kelly stayed at the Hotel Predi Son Jaumell back in the 50s. Sixty years later, the typical Mallorcan building has been completely renovated, awaiting guests with a new restaurant chef and a generous portion of luxury.
